PRODUCTION / SHIPPING
All our products are made to order. We will get your order to you as soon as possible but will require between 5 to 7 working days to prepare your order.
Please keep the lead times in mind when planning your purchase. These items will be shipped to you as soon as they are completed.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping takes 2-4 working days.
All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and come with tracking. We will email the tracking number to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once you’ve received the email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will perform an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. An email authorisation is required for the exchange/credit process to begin. All inquiries can be sent to nel.leighann@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. A store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value and you will be contacted by email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If your return is accepted, we will email instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items are subject to inspection.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
